Cecil 4-Hers, volunteers honored at achievement program

FAIR HILL, Md. — On March 4, Cecil County 4-Hers were recognized for their accomplishments throughout 2016. The ceremony took place at Walls Activity Hall.
The youth were recognized for projects that they completed during the year by doing record books and for participating in a variety of events.
Volunteers were also recognized for their special years of service.
In Cecil County, 453 4-H Members and more than 300 volunteers were actively involved in 4H club programming in 2016 and more than 3,100 youth annually participate in Cecil County 4-H Outreach programming.
